Limited 10-Year Pergola Warranty

Sunbliss Pergola provides a limited warranty of up to ten (10) years on the main structural frame of its pergola products and a five (5) year limited warranty on ancillary mechanical components, including opening and closing mechanisms. This warranty begins on the date of delivery, subject to proper installation and recommended registration.

To qualify, pergolas must be installed according to the Sunbliss installation manual. Improper installation, modification, or misuse may void the warranty.

What This Warranty Covers

During the applicable warranty period, Sunbliss warrants that its pergola products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Sunbliss’ responsibility under this warranty is limited to, at its option and as permitted by law:

  • Repairing the defective component
  • Replacing the defective component or product
  • Refunding the original purchase price

In all cases, coverage is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Warranty Registration

To activate and ensure full warranty coverage, registration is recommended within 30 days of delivery. Please email the following to support@sunblisspergola.com:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Order number
  • Installation date
  • Installation address

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Acts of God (including but not limited to heavy snow, hurricanes, flooding, hail, or extreme wind)
  • Improper installation or failure to follow the installation manual
  • Improper maintenance, misuse, or neglect
  • Structural movement (concrete slab shifting, ground movement, settling)
  • Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
  • Weight loads applied to louvers or frame beyond the installation manual guidelines
  • Attachment to buildings or structures not designed for attachment per the installation manual
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Electrical components beyond their stated warranty period
  • Costs related to packing, dismantling, storage, transportation, or reinstallation

How to Make a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue. Please email support@sunblisspergola.com with:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Order number and proof of purchase
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect
  • Installation date and installation address

Sunbliss may request an inspection before approving a claim. Repairs or alterations made before inspection may void coverage.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Sunbliss Pergola. To the extent permitted by law, Sunbliss shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, including loss of use.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by applicable United States federal law and, where permitted, the laws of the state specified in Sunbliss’ Terms of Service.
